COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Book your complimentary consultation with a coach of your choice. The consultation is 30 minutes in duration. Before meeting with the coach make sure to complete the consultation waiver on the About Me section of the Main Members Page. You must also complete the MindFlex Questionnaire, along with the Medical History. You must be a site member to complete the required information.
