Growing up not being into sports gave me the advantage to dedicate more focus to academic studies. However, in my twenties after working in my first "real" job after attending URI, I discovered the benefits of fitness. The stress of work had led me to an unhealthy lifestyle and body. Once I managed to regain and surpass my health and fitness level with the help of two coaches, it was game over! I realized the importance of physical activity and mental conditioning. I have been in this field for over 12 years. In my pursuit to help others achieve both physical and mental conditioning, I have invested hundreds of hours to learning about the body and mind. I work with people from all walks of life, from top executives and professionals to people with the toughest job, stay-at home mothers and fathers. I hold multiple certifications from personal training, TRX Suspension Training, and others. I have ample experience working with youth and older adults and I employ the philosophy of a low-inflammatory diet as well as the importance of proper supplementation. I am an alumnus from the Proctor Gallagher Institute which focuses on learning how to expand the human potential. Book a consultation with me or join me during any of the Group Classes.
