This page resembles how we spend our time, what we eat, our routine, exercise preferences, the overall lifestyle we promote through TTS Clubs. 


As Health Coaches, we often get asked the questions: 

  • So what do you eat?

  • How often do you work out?

  • What do you wear outside of exercise cloth?

  • What do you do in your free time?


Being in an industry where we promote a low-inflammatory lifestyle, mindset conditioning, low-inflammatory nutrition, our clients and viewers are curious if we "practice what we preach." 


For that purpose, we created a page where we can display our lifestyle through pictures and videos, which is the same lifestyle we are trying to promote through our 4 Pillars of Health. Just remember, our lifestyle is enjoying life with fewer restrictions and guilt. What we want for ourselves, we also like it for you.
